Located within the Greenbelt and an Area of Great Landscape Value, Frith Park is an exciting regeneration project that includes an extensive tree management, planting and bio-diversity programme.

The development is positioned close to the bustling Surrey village of Walton-on-the-Hill and is well served by an excellent selection of local shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. It also boasts an Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ Walton-on-the-Hill primary school, Chinthurst Prep School and benefits from a thriving community with a wealth of community facilities. Under two miles away is located the prestigious Walton Heath Golf Club whose former members include King Edward VIII, Winston Churchill and David Lloyd George. The area boasts excellent transport links too with Leatherhead train station located 5.7 miles away and provides direct rail access to London Waterloo in around 45 minutes or London Victoria in approximately one hour. By road, the A217 is situated just over two miles away with access south to the motorway network via junction 8 of the M25 at Reigate or travelling northwards through Cheam, Sutton and into South London at Wandsworth.

The Mansion House

Originally dating from 1850, the façade to the locally listed Mansion House is being retained and incorporated into a new building to create 11 individual apartments. These have characteristically high ceilings and spectacular views over the preserved ancient woodland and countryside beyond. The long tree-lined carriageway will also be restored to its former glory with gravel dressing and the planting of 30 beech trees imported from Hamburg, Germany where they are renowned to be not only higher quality but more disease resistant.

Redwood Terrace

Situated alongside the Mansion House are just four three bedroom cottages, designed to resemble the original orangery and staff’s quarters. These cottages will have spectacular floor to ceiling arched windows at the rear overlooking the formal gardens and countryside beyond.

Stable Mews

There are 12 three and four bedroom homes again boasting rendered elevations to resemble the other properties at Frith Park. These homes have open plan kitchen/family rooms with separate laundry rooms and living room. The bi-fold sliding doors extend the full width of the rear of the house and open up to the garden.

Walled Gardens

Just 10 two and three bedroom homes will be created within the existing Walled Garden that includes the retained, original wall that has been restored. Each of these country-cottage style homes will have contemporary interiors with open plan living/dining areas and bi-fold sliding doors to the garden.

The exteriors of the homes at Frith Park have been designed to resemble the Mansion House in a traditional finish with cream rendered walls, grey slate roofs and sash windows. Inside, however, the homes couldn’t be more contemporary in layout, design and specification. Rooms are light and airy with the convenience of plenty of storage areas and there’s the added advantage of being low maintenance too. But that’s not the end of the story as due to the use of low carbon, natural materials, all the homes feature increased levels of energy efficiency. In addition to the unique country setting, residents at Frith Park can look forward to lower energy bills, lower environmental impact and greater living comfort.
