An award winning ‘tried & tested’ partnership

Frith Park is not the first joint venture partnership between Urban Green Developments and Reside Developments. There have been several collaborations previously, most recently at The Bellairs Apartments in Guildford. This involved the restoration of a Victorian building dating from 1885 that was once home to the Guildford School of Acting & Dance. The development received The Mayor’s Award in 2013 in recognition of its ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Local Community and Retention of Heritage Architecture’. The Bellairs Apartments also received a Guildford Design Award for ‘Best Restoration and Conversion’.

Formed in 2008, Urban Green Developments has a passion for creating stunning environmentally responsible homes and sustainable communities in Surrey, Sussex and South London. Numerous industry awards and positive customer feedback bears testament to the company’s relentless dedication to innovative design, build quality and exceptional customer service.

Urban Green Development’s latest award was just early this year:

Build 2019 Home & Garden Awards
Best Sustainable Residential Developer 2019 – London & Home Counties
Best of Houzz Design 2018
For having the most popular projects among the 40 million-strong Houzz community

Reside Developments was established in 2004 and specialises in new build and conversion projects throughout South London, Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey. The company has previously won a prestigious Evening Standard award for Best Conversion of a former derelict dairy known as Pinks Hill overlooking Hascombe Hill in Surrey.
